Our mission at Medea’s REAL Food Cafe is to provide an inclusive environment for all in their search for Real Food and nourishment, and offer quality education and support for those on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. We source only the highest quality organic foods available, and believe strongly in supporting the local community we live and work in. Our goal is to create community space that fosters mutual respect, growth and transformation.
